Old Business

Alan Robinson reported on his research to develop a world wide web site for WWCIC. Alan wasn't able to make contact with Jack Manon yet, but he did find another provider that would charge $100 registration fee for two years plus $20 per month and we would have our own unique address. A motion was made and passed that it would be up to the Web Site Committee to get the best deal, either with Jack Manon or the other provider, and make a report at the next meeting.

The Canadian/U. S. interference issues were discussed. The parties involved are encouraged to get together to work towards a solution. Now that the mountain tops are more accessible, it would be very beneficial to have the tests conducted before the June 10 meeting. If anyone has any suggestions about what WWCIC as a group can do to promote this, please pass your comments on to George.

New Business

Judy's replacement has not been selected yet so until one is found, Judy volunteered to continue to send out the meeting minutes if someone could take the minutes at the meetings. It was moved and passed that a volunteer would be requested at each meeting and if no one volunteered, names would be drawn to see who would take the minutes. The minutes do not have to be prepared in final copy as Judy can do that.

Note from Judy: I want to thank you all for the beautiful tote bag. It is exactly what I needed and has already been put to good use. (In fact, my new boss wants one just like it). I really appreciate your thoughtfulness.

Meeting adjourned 11:00 a.m.
